중국도자기 경매승인

  그동안 소더비스, 크리스티, 본헴, 폴리옥션등에 경매의뢰를 하였으나 크리스티와 본헴에서는 친절하게 자기들이 판매할수 있는 최소 금액이 있어서 당신의 기물은 저희가 판매할수 없고 그대신 중,저가 기물을 판매하는곳을 알려줬습니다.

 

  소더비스나 폴리옥션에 비해서는 상당히 친절한 답변이었습니다.

  제 생각으로는 메이저경매회사들은 최소 판매가격 5,000 불 정도 되는것들이 몇개 있어야 판매 승인이 이뤄지는것을 확인할수 있었습니다.   

 

  그래서 크리스티에서 추천해준 중,소형 경매업체에 다시 의뢰를 20점 정도 했습니다. 

   방법은 메이저 경매회사들과 동일합니다.  홈페이지 가입해서 판매의뢰에 사진 및 기물 설명 올리면 1주일 안으로 답이 옵니다.   저는 싱가폴에 있는 HOTLOTZ 란 회사에 20점을 의뢰해봤습니다. 

4일만에 다음과 같은 답변과 관련서류를 보내왔습니다.

Thank you for following up, and my apologies that we have not replied to you earlier.

After looking through the images, the pieces appear to be mostly (if not all) authentic Chinese export wares. If you can somehow arrange to have them transported here to Singapore, we would be happy to offer them at auction on your behalf. Whether that be by bringing them across yourself, or by courier.

We would offer them in one of our Chinese Ceramics & Art auctions and price them according to how similar wares, of similar condition have performed at auction.

In terms of fees, basically we charge a 20%(+GST) sellers commission and 1.5%(+GST) insurance fee. I have included a couple of documents which explain these in more detail.

그리고 수수료 관련 서류도 첨부되서 왔습니다. 그 내용을 정리하면 다음과 같습니다.

 

Seller’s Commission

Our standard seller’s commission is 20% exc. GST (21.8% inc. GST).
Minimum Commission Fee
We charge a mandatory minimum commission fee of $41.28 exc. GST ($45.00 inc. GST) per item, regardless of
the item’s closing bid price.
Insurance Fee
We charge a mandatory insurance fee of 1.5% exc. GST (1.64% inc. GST). This fee is calculated on each item
as a fixed percentage of the closing bid price achieved in auction (or the fixed price if sold in the marketplace)
after GST paid by the buyer has been deducted.
Withdrawal Fee
We charge a withdrawal fee of $55.05 exc. GST ($60.00 inc. GST) per item, if you ask us to withdraw an item
after you have approved your sales contract.
Marketplace Fee
Our seller’s commission fee for marketplace sales is 20% exc. GST (21.8% inc. GST).

 

대략 정리하면 판매수수료는 부가세, 보험료 포함해서 23.5% 정도 되고 최소 금액도 있으며 반품 수수료도 있습니다.
